Our offices are open from 7 AM to 5 PM, and we have an After Hours Answering System.

If your child will not require pick up, you can leave a message by selecting the Dispatch option.

Simcoe Coach Lines does not design the school routes, nor do we select the pick up times and locations.

We are not able to change routes, times or pick up locations and our drivers are not permitted to make changes under any circumstances.

For changes in times and locations, or if you are new to the area and need to arrange a bus for your child please contact your school.

During normal weather conditions, students should be at their stop 5 minutes prior to their scheduled pick up time.

During inclement weather, buses may be late due to traffic and road conditions. In storm conditions, please check www.schoolbuscity.com to see if your childs route is on time.

In the case of school cancellations, information will be available on radio and T.V. stations  normally by 6:30 am.

If you need to contact us with regard to your childs route, please have the route number available to help us serve you better.
